Each investor has to undergo KYC process only once in the securities market.

FATCA Form

Investors have to provide the information in the stand alone FATCA declaration form.

NACH (One-time) Mandate

Implementing this mandate will allow transactions to be cleared in real-time mode at once.

IIN Registration Form

IIN is a single identification number that works with all mutual funds as per NSE NMF II

Instructions & help :-

  • You simply fill the personal details on page 1 & sign at all the place marked ()
  • For FATCA, use one form for one applicant, if you are applying jointly provide the FATCA Form.
  • NACH & IIN Form should be provided jointly.
  • KYC should be provided for each individual.
  • Attach following documents:-
    • 1 Passport Size photo.
    • PAN Card Copy (Self Attested)
    • Address Proof Copy (Self Attested)
    • Cancelled Cheque with Name ("National Securities Clearing Corporation Limited") written on it.

Note:-

  • Please do not fill anything inside or fill exactly with reference to the attached proofs.
  • Please issue a single cheque for all your investments in the name "National Securities Clearing Corporation Limited".
